Job description:

As a technical operator, you are responsible for accurately operating the different production and packaging machines. You configure the programs and settings required to start up the production lines and make the necessary conversions depending on the product. You are responsible for ensuring the safe, technical operation of the machines and take action when problems arise. You support technical services with machine maintenance and provide technical directions and instructions to the operators and production employees.

Profile:

• You have a degree in electromechanics or relevant work experience in this field
• You have at least three years of experience as a machine operator in a production environment
• You have a problem-solving and hands-on mentality
• You have a keen eye for quality, hygiene and safety
• You are willing to work in a two-shift system
• (+) knowledge of food safety, food defence, welfare and environmental guidelines is a plus
• (+) experience or a strong affinity with the food industry is a plus
