Job description:

As a production manager, you will coordinate the operational activities so the planned production volumes can be achieved. You will monitor the production schedule and keep an the workplace in order. Through efficient communication, evaluation meetings and training programmes, you will ensure that the activities are carried out in a timely and proper manner. Making employees aware of the role they play in safety, cleanliness and quality is an important part of the position.

Profile:

• You have a passion for food and a talent for technology
• You have a good understanding of production processes
• You are a team player and can motivate a team
• You can also work independently and aren’t afraid to take responsibility
• You are willing to work in a two-shift system
• You have relevant work experience in a managerial position
• You can express yourself well in both Dutch and English
• (+) knowledge of food safety, food defence, welfare and environmental guidelines is a plus
